A Day in the Life – Sally and the Twins

Maternal traits are essential to our breeding program. The hard clay soil common to our area can result in grass lacking nutrition. It is important to have heavy milking, highly fertile momma cows. Sally is a great example of this type of female.

On 12/2/2017 Sally had a set of heifer twins sired by Trust. While nursing her twins, Sally bred back to Lux on 2/2/18 and advanced her due date next year by 1 month. Sally is 8 years old.
